Powergaming
Using mechanics or exploits beyond the intended functions of GTA V and FiveM, blocking counterplay for an unfair advantage, or failing to roleplay realistically.
View examples
- Performing RP actions while doing unrealistic activities, such as carrying someone while driving.
- Using emotes or animations to disrupt or bypass active roleplay.
- Speaking while dead when it would not be realistic.
- Exploiting scripts for personal gain, such as starting a robbery, leaving, then returning for the reward.
- Respawning while others are still present in the scene.
- Excessively carrying or escorting someone to block their roleplay.
- Spam punching to break animations and gain a combat advantage.
Fail RP
Every action your character takes should be realistic and probable within the scene.
View examples
- Microphone spamming is FailRP.
- Do not escort, cuff, or carry another player with little to no roleplay.
- Players inside vehicles must be seated or in the trunk; carrying or escorting them is not allowed.
- While downed, speak only as your injuries reasonably allow and use /me to tell EMS relevant details.
Voice Identification
You may not identify a fully masked player solely by their voice. You need at least two other distinguishing factors.
Valid factors
- Recognizable clothing
- Tattoos
- Vehicle type or model
- License plate
- Nickname
Voice identification is acceptable during a casual, non-hostile conversation with no intent to harm the player’s RP experience.
Metagaming
Do not use information your character did not gain in character during their life.
View examples
- Watching a stream to locate another player.
- Using a Discord message to find someone in the city.
- Talking in Discord with a friend who has been taken hostage to locate them.
- Using Discord communications instead of in-city radio or phone systems.
Random & Vehicular Death Match
Random Death Match (RDM)
Attacking another player or group without story or roleplay leading up to it. Every death must have a valid build-up, story, and initiation. Initiation must involve active back-and-forth dialogue—not a single line—and the events of the scene must reasonably justify the attempted murder or death.
You may not kill someone simply for being in an area where a legal job requires them to be, such as trucking, fishing, or hunting.
Bad reasons or initiations
- One-liners such as “What do those colors mean to you?”, “Hey buddy,” “Stay off our block,” or “ABC did it to you.”
- Killing someone because they are annoying.
- Killing someone because of a vehicle accident.
- Killing someone because they refuse service at a business or courthouse.
- Killing someone for performing a legal job such as trucking, fishing, or hunting.
- Killing someone because a random clothing item matches your gang color.
- Killing someone because their vehicle matches your gang color. This may result in a permanent ban.
Good reasons or initiations
- Escalated tension from multiple disrespectful encounters—not a single comment.
- A known rival gang entering your turf during an active conflict and provoking your group.
- Someone shooting at your gang with clear in-character proof such as bodycam footage or a wire.
- Retaliation for a recent shooting, robbery, or ambush by a rival gang.
Vehicular Death Match (VDM)
Attacking or attempting to attack another player or group with a vehicle is not allowed.
Self-defense exception: If you are already inside a vehicle and a person is standing directly in front of you with a firearm drawn, you may run them over when necessary to escape the immediate threat and protect your life.
Combat Logging
Logging out of the server directly after a death or during an active scene or conflict is prohibited. You must remain connected and allow the roleplay to reach its proper conclusion. Logging out to avoid arrest, robbery, medical roleplay, consequences, or the loss of items is considered Combat Logging.

- Leaving during a police scene: You are fleeing from law enforcement, officers shoot you down, and you disconnect to avoid being arrested, treated, or processed.
- Leaving to avoid being robbed: You are shot down and another player is about to rob you, so you disconnect to prevent the interaction or avoid losing your items.
- Leaving before EMS arrives: You crash your vehicle, EMS is responding or preparing to pick you up, and you disconnect to avoid completing the injury and medical roleplay.
